Hi. I’m Alyssa Rossetti and I’m a PHOTOGRAPHER! I’m MOMMY to a dynamic (and oh-so-cute) 4 year old son, WIFE to a very talented (and handsome) musician, SISTER to 3, FRIEND to many and DAUGHTER to a hard-working, farmer dad and strong, inspiring mom.
I love music, good TV, writing, hiking, dancing, teaching and playing with my son, watching my husband’s band (Shotgun Radio) perform, laughing and snapping shots of everything that moves me!
I grew up in the farm towns of the San Joaquin Valley, California. I fell in love with my childhood friend, married him in 1995 and moved to North Hollywood, CA, where we live now.
Professionally, I have thrived in the retail and real estate education world as a manager, trainer, director and coordinator, which has given me the knowledge of visual styling, marketing & advertising, managing, planning, social networking, blogging and customer service.

I believe these paths and tools I have gained going from country girl to city girl, thriving in the professional world, having a child with so many moments to capture and a husband in the entertainment industry have made becoming a PHOTOGRAPHER so right for me.
I have always loved photography. In 2000, we took a trip to the Grand Canyon and I got my first feel of really seeing the world through the eyes of a photographer and I loved it! Since then, as long as we had a working camera, photos were being taken as often as possible.

As my excitement for photography grew, I educated myself with every website, blog, article, etc. I could find, as well as classes and assisting photographers.
I’m gifted! Let me explain... In 2007, my amazing boss gifted me a great camera to capture the upcoming memories that were about to be made with the arrival of our son and what I was photographing suddenly became important! Later, a wonderful friend and family member, (who is an amazing photographer), gifted me a FUN Minolta Maxxum 35mm film camera and I LOVED the way it fit me! Santa gifted me my Canon Rebel DSLR, my husband gifted me with technology knowledge, my son gifted me with his patience (and lots of kisses) as mommy “does photographer” and wonderful family and friends have gifted me with their love and support!
I love photographing the AWESOME, the COOL, the DARK, the INTERESTING and all the BEAUTIFUL in between.
